White painted, with beautiful dark wood floors and wide windows with green views, this home’s elegantly furnished living areas are given character by a diverse collection of accessories and artworks. The ensuite master bedroom is an equally inviting space, and has doors right onto the garden, where you’ll find a patio (with a place to dine) and office. You’re nicely located here – very close to Runyon Canyon Park, known for its many hiking trails, and just a five-minute drive away from West Hollywood.

* The office is separate from the main house and is accessed from the outside.

* There are about 15 stairs up to the entrance of this home.

* There is a sofa bed in the basement which can be set up for two. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

* There is a trundle bed in the third bedroom which can be set up for one person. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

* The second bedroom has a full-sized bed. It can sleep two people but is more comfortable for one.

* This home has restricted street parking. We will provide you with two parking permits which will allow you to park overnight.

* One loveable hypoallergenic dog lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with severe allergies.

* The bath in the master ensuite is smaller than a traditional bath.

* There is central air conditioning in the main home and window air conditioner in the separate office.

* There are external security cameras at this home.
