The ensuite master bedroom is an equally inviting space, and has doors right onto the garden, where you’ll find a patio (with a place to dine). You’re nicely located here – very close to Runyon Canyon Park, known for its many hiking trails, and just a five-minute drive away from West Hollywood.

*No smoking on any onefinestay property.

Home Truths

* There is a sofa bed in the basement which can be set up for two. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

* There is a trundle bed in the third bedroom which can be set up for one person. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

* The second bedroom has a full-sized bed. It can sleep two people but is more comfortable for one.

* There are about 15 stairs up to the entrance of this home.

* This home has restricted street parking. We will provide you with two parking permits which will allow you to park overnight.

* There is no wardrobe in the guest house bedroom, so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.

* One loveable hypoallergenic dog lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with severe allergies.

* The bath in the master ensuite is smaller than a traditional bath.

* There is central air conditioning in the main home and window air conditioner in the guest house.

* There are external security cameras at this home.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

DEPOSIT

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
