Ida Street is a charming four-bedroom home in Pacific Palisades, an affluent neighbourhood nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the dramatic Santa Monica Mountains in Los Angeles. Just a five-minute drive from Palisades Village, this inviting retreat offers a cosy base for families to experience laidback LA living.

Set across three spacious levels, your first impression of this gorgeous home will be of the open-plan kitchen, diner, and lounge. This light-filled, vibrant space lets everyone gather around and enjoy quality time together - whether that’s prepping dinner, tucking into a feast, or making the most of the glorious weather with drinks on the patio.

Upstairs are the four large bedrooms, including three queen-sized and one double bedroom, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is the grandest of them all, boasting its very own walk-in closet, dual sinks, and a sumptuous soaking tub. This room and the third bedroom offer partial ocean and mountain views.

The lower level of the home provides even more space to both unwind and entertain, with a working fireplace, wet bar, and a plush L-shaped sofa to lounge on. Adorned with colourful soft furnishings and with an elegant Yamaha Disklavier grand piano, this is such a fabulous room to kick back in after a day of exploring the local area. The unique art pieces lining the walls are a lovely addition, each featuring the works of different female artists, including Lisa Krannichfeld, Francis Valenti, and Amy Van Winkle.

Open up the French doors to your left and let the fresh air roll in or step outside to enjoy the cosy backyard - conveniently fitted with a BBQ and a fire pit for al fresco lunches and dinners together. If you feel like leaving this heavenly hideaway, the iconic city of Malibu is just a 15-minute drive away.

* There is a double bed in the fourth bedroom. It can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.

* There is one designated parking space for one car in the driveway of the home. There is also ample unrestricted street parking in front of the home.

* There are external security cameras located on the front porch and driveway of the home.
