Despite its superior location, there’s nothing stuffy about Irving Boulevard. You enter into the sitting room, where there’s a dining table on the left, and a sitting area (with a jazzy rug and plump-cushioned seats) on the right. Of the doors to the side, the first opens into the book-filled third bedroom, while the second leads to a hallway. Along it you’ll find the playful second bedroom (which shares an ensuite bathroom with the third bedroom) and the master bedroom. The latter is calmer and characterful, with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located in the separate guesthouse in the backyard.



Back in the sitting room, you’ll find the smart black-and-white kitchen straight ahead. Beyond it there’s a second sitting room, with a cozy corner sofa and TV. From there, doors open into the garden, which has a dining table and a pastel-cushioned sofa.

* There is central air conditioning in the main home and air conditioner unit attached to the wall in the guest house.

* This home does not feature Cable TV, instead there is Apple TV to access streaming services.

* The fireplace and fire pit in this home are ornamental.

* There is space for two cars in the driveway of this home. There is also ample unrestricted street parking in front of the home.

* This home has external security cameras that face the outdoor patio and backyard. There is also an indoor camera which faces the outside driveway through the window.
