Over one hundred years of history lie within the walls of Lucerne Boulevard, a charming three-bedroom home nestled in the idyllic residential neighbourhood of Hancock Park. Here, the sidewalks are lined with leafy trees, charming country clubs and a magnificent collection of family mansions.

Warm and inviting, Lucerne Boulevard will have you feeling at home from the moment you put your luggage down. In fact, the place is so lovely it has landed starring roles in numerous television commercials and even a recent Netflix production.

Built during the 1920s, much of the home’s original Spanish influences can still be felt to this day - from the traditional terracotta roof to the arched entryways that seamlessly connect the airy lounge, chic dining room and modern kitchen. There’s a choice of two sitting rooms to unwind in, both adorned with beautiful mid-century furnishings and vibrant fabrics.

Hidden behind tall green hedges, the sun-soaked back patio and garden let you enjoy the glorious weather in total seclusion. With a snuggly day bed, barbecue, and al fresco dining area, this sociable space keeps the whole family together.

All three bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathrooms, but the master bedroom is the largest of them all - boasting a king-sized bed, a bathtub, and French doors leading out onto the garden. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom has a single bed - ideal for children.

If you feel like a mini road trip to discover Los Angeles’ iconic landmarks, a 15-minute drive will take you to the palm-lined and star-studded streets of Beverly Hills.

Meanwhile, just one block away you’ll find the popular shops, cafes and restaurants of Larchmont Boulevard. Head there on a Sunday morning and you can pick up some fantastic local produce at the weekly farmer’s market.

* This home has restricted street parking. We will provide you with two parking permits which will allow you to park on the street.

* This home is located on a busy corner, so some traffic noise from the street can be heard from inside the home.

* The indoor fireplace in the living room is strictly ornamental and not for use, however there is an outdoor wood fireplace that is functional.

* This home does not feature Satellite or Cable TV, instead there is Roku and Apple TV which gives you access to streaming services.

* Please contact our Reservations team for any inquiries with toddlers or children. The homeowner will consider these requests on a case by case basis.

* There are external security cameras located in the front and back exterior areas of the home.


Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.


Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
