With the towering Santa Monica Mountains behind it and the rolling surf of the Pacific in front, Malibu is the quintessential Californian beach community. Home to surfers, beachfront restaurants and boutique shopping, Malibu is a delightfully laid-back town that is a million miles away from the high-speed lifestyle of LA. The contemporary exterior of Malibu Oasis takes some of its cues from the Art Deco movement, with curved corners, a multi-level layout, and acres of glass so guests can make the most of that ocean view. Inside, the modern themes continue, with an open-plan living concept and a bright, light, and airy feel. The living spaces are adorned with bespoke artworks, giving the home a gallery ambience without losing that homely, comfortable atmosphere. The chef's kitchen is custom-made with the best quality Viking appliances. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls turn the ever-changing ocean into a living, breathing artwork that gives this Malibu villa its character.

The bedrooms are exquisite, with the super-king-size primary suite featuring a spa-quality ensuite, a walk-in closet and a private balcony. Two king-size bedrooms continue the simple yet elegant themes, while a bunk room will delight younger guests with its cosy beds and spacious layout.

Outside, steps lead down to the beach, so you're only a few seconds away from letting the Pacific surf roll over your toes as you watch the sunset. *Please be mindful of the city’s enforced quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.

*There are two security cameras at the home: one facing the front of the home and one for the backyard. Please note that Ring audio is also activated, however, it can be turned off.

*Please be aware that due to manufacturer or user error, we cannot guarantee that the elevator in the home will be in service. Please advise prior to booking if elevator usage is mandatory for your stay.

*The driveway coming out of the home onto Pacific Coast Highway can be tricky, but mostly if parked on the street. Please be very cautious of parking on PCH as well and watch out all the time for fast vehicles and bikers.
