Sink into the plush fireside sofas in the elegant and spacious living room. Find a delightful second living room, snug with a sectional sofa and perfect for reading by the large windows. A well-equipped, Shaker-style kitchen makes a pleasant spot for rustling up meals to serve in the spacious dining room.
Three tranquil bedrooms invite rest and relaxation with delightful views across the leafy hills. Two bedrooms feature a queen-size bed and share a sumptuous bathroom with a deep tub. The third bedroom houses a single bed and benefits from an ensuite. An office with plenty of natural light also features a double Murphy bed and workout equipment.
The gated grounds offer a peaceful sanctuary after busy days exploring LA. Discover shaded seating nooks peeping out through the aromatic pines. Home Truths
- One cat lives in the home. While she won’t be in residence during guest stays, this home may not be suitable for people with severe allergies.
- There are several steep stairs leading up to the front door and in the outside backyard area up to the gazebo, so children will need supervising when being used.
- There is a short, full-sized 48"x72" Murphy bed in the office that can be set up during your stay and has a thin mattress. It can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one person. Please let us know when booking if you would like it set up.
- There is a narrow, gated driveway that can fit up to 5 compact cars and includes a Tesla charger. It cannot fit larger cars or SUV's. There is also unrestricted street parking in front of the home.
