Nestling between Picfair Village and Wilshire and sitting on the highly fashionable Venice Boulevard, Mid City House is a light, airy, and utterly enchanting home that welcomes up to four guests.



This is a place that embraces the soft Californian light and turns it into a real feature of the interior, warming the neutral palette with a splash of SoCal sunshine. An open-plan layout transitions seamlessly from inside to outside, giving the home an organic, fluid feel. Despite its central location, the tall, green hedges make the space feel intimate and secluded.



That location is one of its biggest draws, putting this charming house just a 20-minute drive to Beverly Hills and a 30-minute drive to Santa Monica. If you want to experience the golden Californian version of the boho lifestyle, Malibu Pier is just 45 minutes away, too, putting some of LA county’s best attractions within easy reach. Take a stroll down nearby Pico Boulevard, and you'll be spoilt for choice with arty cafés, excellent restaurants, and independent boutique shopping. The area has a wonderfully eclectic feel, a mix of Hispanic culture and Art Deco influences, topped off with unique urban cultural attractions, such as the street mural by LA artist Retna.



Mid City House captures that chilled-out village feel and enhances it with contemporary design motifs and flawless attention to detail. * This home does not have Satellite or Cable TV, instead you can access streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.

* The fireplace in the home is strictly ornamental and not for use.

* There is space to park two cars in the driveway of the home. There is also street parking in front of the home.
