The remaining bedrooms upstairs - which share a bathroom - continue with the home's elevated and welcoming design featuring a mix of furnishings and characterful artwork and accessories. In the garden, multiple seating areas can be found amongst the greenery, or under big shady trees, while the highlight is the Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles views from the patio and the south-facing window upstairs. Just outside, the iconic Hollywood Bowl and the Hollywood Reservoir Trailhead are a short stride away.

* This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.

* There is Sonos central sound throughout the home.

* The fireplace in this home is strictly ornamental.
