A rare treat in LA, this spacious villa places you in a walkable neighbourhood, with high-end shopping and hip eateries moments away. Top West Hollywood attractions are reached in a matter of minutes by car and the glamourous beaches around Santa Monica Pier are just a 20-minute drive.

The opulent designer stores of Melrose lie a few minutes walk away, and the Beverly Center Mall sits right on your doorstep. The villa's location is ideal for family groups. Universal Studios is just four miles away and there are excellent parks and playgrounds close by. There is a wonderfully fresh local foodscape, with dining hot spots like Ceconi’s, The Ivy, and Catch. West Hollywood beckons for post-supper entertainment, from craft cocktails on a rooftop terrace to a night of comedy or live music on Sunset Strip.

Villa Brand’s open-plan ground floor boasts a crisp LA interior design scheme with a breezy neutral palette, contemporary furnishings, and an effortless flow onto the furnished pool deck. While guests unwind on chic fireside seating, you can rustle up supper in the stunning marble-accent kitchen. The Original Farmers Market, half a mile away, is the perfect spot to stock up on fresh produce and to find prime cuts for the villa’s BBQ.

Five exceptional ensuite bedrooms are ready to soothe your senses after the buzz of LA. Three are furnished with a king-size bed, one has a queen-size, and the twin room can also be arranged as a king-size. Beautifully dressed beds, treetop views, and decadent ensuites with walk-in waterfall showers await. The primary suite also has a private balcony, a modern fireplace, and an indulgent freestanding tub. For the early risers, there is a well-equipped al fresco fitness space for morning training sessions.

The villa’s outdoor space offers complete seclusion, allowing you to relax in the pool or bask on a sumptuous sun lounger in privacy. Villa Bond’s jewel in the crown is the delightful rooftop terrace where you can escape with a nightcap to enjoy magical views of the LA skyline.

Please note that there is an exit cleaning fee of $550 and mandatory mid-stay housekeeping, which is $575. This is mandatory for stays of five or more days and is required every five days. There is also a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $119 that will be charged in addition to the booking total amount.

    • Please note that all outdoor & indoor speakers have been disabled in compliance with the city’s Zero Tolerance Policy and that the Los Angeles City ordinance quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

    • Please note that pool heating is available from 8 am to 9 pm, and spa heat is available from 5 pm – 7 pm (timeframe may vary). The spa heating hours cannot be extended or adjusted due to its integration with the pool heating system.
    • Please note that security cameras monitor the villa. These visible cameras cover the front yard near the gate and garage, allowing guests full access to the monitoring system throughout their stay. However, the camera in the living room, facing towards the windows, and the backyard cameras will not be available to the host during the guest's stay.
    • As private in-house chef and housekeeping services are available for an extra fee, no outside vendors or chefs are permitted at the villa. Please inquire with our Destination Specialist team prior to booking.
    • If you are interested in adding extra services for a fee, options include airport transfer, car rental, private chef, in-home massage therapy and in-home yoga practice. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist before booking for additional details.
    • A chef is available with rates varying based on several factors. Please provide 15 days advance notice to book.
