Ideal for family groups, the neighbourhood boasts several excellent playgrounds for the little ones.

Wander to the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for a morning coffee, indulge in a spot of retail therapy at the Grove, and then head to the Original Farmers Market, where stalls are overflowing with fresh local produce. A short drive away, West Hollywood is the cultural epicentre of LA, with the Miracle Mile museum district and the fashion boutiques of Melrose Place and Rodeo Drive. Four bedrooms offer king-size beds, and the fifth house has twin beds, which can be arranged as king-size. The enchanting primary suite is elevated by a sunny furnished balcony and a spacious spa-style ensuite with a freestanding tub.

*-POOL HEAT: 8 am to 9 pm. SPA HEAT: 5 pm – 7 pm. (Time frame may vary: 4-6 pm or 6-8 pm). SPA heating hours cannot be extended or adjusted due to its integration with the pool heating system. (As it’s an IN POOL-SPA).

*-For safety purposes, pool/spa is off limits after 10 pm.

*-No parties, no loud music or portable speakers.

*-All outdoor & indoor speakers have been disabled in compliance with City’s Zero Tolerance Policy. 

*-Los Angeles City ordinance quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am

*-CHEF: Rates vary based on several factors. Final pricing provided after guest’s consultation. Min. 15 days’ advance notice required.

*-Security cameras monitor the property. These visible cameras cover the front yard near the gate and garage, allowing guests full access to the monitoring system throughout their stay. However, the camera in the living room, facing towards the windows, and the backyard cameras will NOT be available to the host during the guest's stay.

*-Private, in-house chef, maid and house keeping services are available for an extra fee, therefore, no outside vendors or chefs permitted. Please inquire with our Reservations team prior to booking.
