Spend your evenings unwinding with craft cocktails on a rooftop deck on the Sunset Strip, where you can catch live music and comedy every night of the week. The villa benefits from its proximity to an awe-inspiring global dining scene, with excellent Italian, Japanese, and Mexican restaurants alongside trendy hotspots like Catch and The Ivy.

Natural light fills the open-plan living spaces at Villa Gemma. Modish soft grey colour palettes and sumptuous seating encourage guests to unwind while sliding glass doors allow socialising to extend onto the pool deck. The modern kitchen, with a generous seated island, opens onto an attractive covered dining terrace for dreamy al fresco suppers. A spacious private office, a state-of-the-art gym, a sauna, and a formal dining room for elegant soirees all conspire to create a peerless vacation.

Each of the villa's six bedrooms is a blissful sanctuary, with a beautifully dressed bed and spa-style ensuite. The primary suite houses a king-size bed, plush fireside seating, and a generous walk-in wardrobe. Two further bedrooms have a king-size bed apiece, while the final three bedrooms each provide a cosy queen-size bed. A refined spot to refresh, each bathroom features a walk-in rainfall shower, and some are augmented with a deep tub for long, bubbly soaks.

Whether you're basking under the Southern Californian sun on a poolside lounger or sipping your favourite tipple on the covered terrace, the secluded grounds offer moments of laid-back bliss. Please note that there is an exit cleaning fee of $1,250 and a mandatory daily housekeeping service from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm during stays at Villa Gemma, which is an additional $375 per day.

    Home Truths

    • Please note there is an exit cleaning fee of $1,250 and a mandatory daily housekeeping service from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm, which is an additional $375/day charge.
    • Please note that this villa comes with a minimum length of stay: one week during the low season and four weeks during the summer.
    • Security cameras monitor the villa. These visible cameras cover the front yard near the gate and garage, allowing guests full access to the monitoring system throughout their stay. However, the camera in the living room, facing the windows, and the backyard cameras will not be available to the host during the guest's stay.
    • In-house chef and housekeeping services are available for an additional fee; therefore, no external vendors or chefs are permitted at the villa. If you would like further information regarding available services, please contact a Destination Specialist prior to booking.
    • Please note that there are additional fees for the pool and spa heating, and 48 hours' notice prior to check-in is required. Please inquire with our Destination Specialist team for further details.
