You’re spoilt for choice with high-end shopping opportunities, from the boutiques of Rodeo Drive and Melrose Place to the chic Grove and Beverly Center malls. Sunset Boulevard lies just a few blocks away, offering unforgettable nights of fun and frivolity, from unapologetically extravagant nightclubs to superb live music and cabarets. There are quieter moments to be had, too, from the breathtaking vistas up on the Franklin Canyon hiking trails to the tranquillity of the impeccable golf fairways at Wilshire Country Club, just one mile away.

The villa's interior design nods to old Hollywood glamour. Relax on plush velvet Chesterfields beneath twinkling chandeliers, sipping a Gatsbyesque cocktail mixed at the bar. A true heart of the home, the villa's elegant white and marble kitchen is elevated by a dreamy dining nook, perfect for a morning coffee and croissant. There is an attractive dining space in the living area, or meals can be taken al fresco in the stunning cabana.

Soft colour palettes, beautifully dressed beds, and modern decorative accents make each of the villa’s five bedrooms an inviting sanctuary for sleep. The primary bedroom offers a chic four-poster king-size bed and boasts access to the pool deck. There are three further king-size bedrooms and the final room, ideal for little ones, is a twin. Each bedroom is elevated by a fresh white ensuite, with the primary bathroom featuring a tub for long, scented soaks.

The grounds are Villa Java’s jewel in the crown, with an azure pool flanked by sun loungers and sumptuous outdoor furnishings, a sweeping lawn, and the showstoppingly ornate cabana. From an outdoor playset for the little ones to a state-of-the-art gym, this charming villa is an unforgettable oasis at the foot of the Hollywood Hills.

Please note that there is an exit cleaning fee of $950 and mandatory mid-stay housekeeping, which is $800. This is mandatory for stays of five or more days and is required every five days.

    • Please note that there is an exit cleaning fee of $950 and a housekeeping fee of $800/per cleaning - this is mandatory for stays of 5 days or more and takes place every 5 days.
    • This villa allows pets that weigh less than 20 pounds for a fee of $300.
    • Please note that security cameras monitor the villa. These visible cameras cover the front yard near the gate and garage, allowing guests full access to the monitoring system throughout their stay. However, the camera in the living room, facing towards the windows, and the backyard cameras will not be available to the host during the guest's stay.
    • As this villa offers private in-house chef and housekeeping services, no outside vendors or chefs are permitted.
    • If you are interested in adding extra services for a fee, options include airport transfer, car rental, private chef, in-home massage therapy and in-home yoga practice. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist before booking for additional details.
    • A chef is available with rates varying based on several factors. Please provide 15 days advance notice to book.
