- Please note that this villa has a minimum length stay requirement of one week during the low season and four weeks during the summer.
- Please note that this villa is equipped with Creston smart-home technology.
- Please note that security cameras monitor the villa. These visible cameras cover the front yard near the gate and garage, allowing guests full access to the monitoring system throughout their stay. However, the camera in the living room, facing towards the windows, and the backyard cameras will not be available to the host during the guest's stay.
- Please note that private in-house chef and housekeeping services are available for an extra fee, therefore, no outside vendors or chefs are permitted at the villa. Please inquire with our Destination Specialist team prior to booking.
- If you are interested in adding extra services for a fee, options include airport transfer, car rental, private chef, in-home massage therapy and in-home yoga practice. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist before booking for additional details.
- A chef service is available with rates varying based on several factors. Please provide 15 days advance notice to book.

DEPOSIT
We will secure a $10000 security deposit which will be returned once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
