Woodstock Road’s striking architecture makes this home feel refreshingly different. The centrepiece of the spacious first sitting room is a beautiful wood-and-glass table. The garden is through a wall of glass doors, with lounge seating and a secluded outdoor rain shower. The kitchen flows into the right of the sitting room, followed by a bathroom and the fourth bedroom (with a single bed). A doorway in the kitchen takes you to a small cinema room, the second sitting room and the second garden (the last of which has a heated swimming pool and hot tub).

A staircase in the entryway leads to the second and third bedrooms (both with double beds), along with another bathroom. The master bedroom is down the hall, with a king-size bed and a stunning ensuite. Heading up a spiral staircase, you’ll come to a peaceful office space, which has a writing desk.
