It’s immediately obvious that Aeras has been designed for both indoor and outdoor living; you’ll find just as many cosy seating and dining areas on the terrace as you would inside in its contemporary interior.
With a mixture of shaded and sun-kissed lounge spots, a glittering infinity pool, and a convenient poolside bar, you’ll find yourself spending most of your days (and likely evenings) out here. It’s not just the adults who get to have fun, either - on the lower level of the grounds, there is a private playground for children to let off steam.
Inside Villa Aeras, a unique blend of natural materials, designer furnishings, and traditional Cycladic design choices combine to create a stylish, yet very welcoming atmosphere. Hand-picked artworks and one-of-a-kind sculptures adorn each room; a nice insight into the owner’s personal design preferences.
Four of the bedrooms can be found within the main house, while the remaining three are located in a separate guest apartment and pool house. All rooms, except for those in the guest apartment, have their own private ensuite bathrooms.
