* This home has a communal heating system which is set by the building management company.

* Since the onefinestay photos were taken, suggestive artistic artwork has been added to the primary bedroom.

* The washing machine and dryer for this home are in the communal laundry room and they are operated with a laundry card.

* The homeowner's gardener may visit the home during your stay. They visit once a month from Spring to Fall, and a few times over the winter. We will do our best to let you know before they stop by.
