- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- The entrance to this home is on the first floor with no external elevator.
- This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.
- This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets.
- The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
- There is a trundle bed in the second bedroom which can be set up for one person. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.
- This is a well loved family home with some unique quirks and therefore shows some signs of wear and tear.
- The water pressure in this home can be low, especially if both bathrooms are used at the same time.
