Built in the 90s, the owners have embraced mid-century modern styling, offering a beautiful space for up to eight guests, infused with retro-chic charm. Though you’ll feel wonderfully secluded in this gated home, the attractions and amenities at the heart of Hollywood are just a ten-minute drive away.
The iconic Sunset Strip is a five-minute drive from Olympus Drive. Here, opulent boutique shopping and fine dining experiences sit alongside buzzing cocktail bars and nightclubs. For movie buffs, the Hollywood Walk of Fame is nearby, and your dedicated concierge can organise VIP tickets for Warner Brother Studios, which is just a 15-minute drive. For a change of pace, immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the local canyons, with trailheads for Runyon Canyon Park just a ten-minute drive away. Alternatively, if you're seeking an afternoon of retail therapy, Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills is just 15-minutes from the home.

The formal dining room impresses with its Sputnik chandelier – one of the owner's favourite 90s design pieces.
The spacious primary bedroom suite on the first floor offers a plush king-size bed, modern fireplace, and splendid ensuite with a captivating curved cubed glass wall. Soak in the magnificent, circular tub or soothe tired muscles in the steam shower. Three further bedrooms are located on the entrance level - two with a queen-size bed and one with a king-size bed. Each tranquil bedroom offers a boutique ensuite with a tub and integrated shower.
Olympus Drive benefits from two private office spaces - perfect for anyone travelling on business or families with children who need to study. When it’s time to unwind, lounge by the private pool or enjoy a sundowner on the balcony, watching the city lights twinkling below.

- This is a much loved older home with original furnishings and you may see some signs of wear and tear.
- This home has an open swimming pool with no fence accessible via the living room and media room downstairs. There is, however, a pool cover.
- While babies and children over 8 years old are welcome, this home does not accept toddlers or children under 8 years old.
- This home is spread over multiple levels with no internal elevator.
- The homeowner's pest control company will service outside around the perimeter of the home once every two months. This may be rescheduled upon request.
- There are two parking spots available in the home's garage and one parking space in the driveway to the left of the garage.
- There are external security cameras at this home.
