This striking home in the Latin Quarter is spread over three floors. The front door’s on the first floor, and leads into the open-plan living area, where the smart monochrome kitchen is straight ahead. To the right is a sitting area, dazzlingly white but cosily furnished, with a plush corner sofa, well-stocked bookshelves and a piano. To the left there’s a glass-roofed dining area and (just beyond its contemporary table and orange chairs) a secluded terrace.

The sitting room’s sleek staircase takes you up to the next floor – the kids’ quarters – where you’ll find two pastel-painted bedrooms, a toilet room and a compact bathroom. Above that is the master bedroom, which has pure white walls, honey-toned wood furnishings and a slate-tiled ensuite. You’ll also find a second terrace here, a private spot with a little lawn is a charming place to sit outdoors, right in the city’s heart.

* One loveable dog live at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.
