Villa Amanzi is part of a long-established (2003), peaceful, gated, residential estate with particularly lush landscaping, and villa guests have access to the estate's clubhouse, with fitness centre and tennis court.  Just five minutes' walk from the villa is Mom Tri's Kitchen – a famous Phuket restaurant – while both Kata Noi and Kata Yai beach are about a ten-minute walk away (although this does involve a steep descent and therefore an equally steep climb to get back home!).
