Straddling the 5th and 6th Arrondissements, the Latin Quarter is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in the City of Lights, dating back to the Gallo-Roman era. Today, it’s a buzzing, captivating area with narrow streets lined with restaurants and cafés, galleries and boutiques. Keep an eye out for Roman ruins and the ancient city walls as you explore the streets and alleyways.

Quai aux Fleurs is expressive, colourful and charmingly quirky. The sitting room is decorated in an intense blue balanced by plush furnishings and a natural wooden floor. It's a vibrant, joyful space where a big pile of board games and a piano encourage guests to spend quality family time together. The expansive windows with classic Juliet balconies flood the room with light. The kitchen and dining area continue the blue theme, accenting it with polished steel cabinets and top-of-the-range appliances.

The three bedrooms are located on the second level of this duplex apartment. The primary suite is decorated in a modern style with a cosy queen-sized bed and marble-lined ensuite with a traditional roll-top bath. The second bedroom takes its inspiration from contemporary culture and music, with a double bed and Juliet balcony. The third bedroom also offers a double bed, and the two guest rooms share a shower room.
