Take the elevator or stairs up to the first floor of this elegant building, and enter into a contemporary interior filled with light. Rue de l'Université II may have a chic combination of modernist and retro styles, but look around, and you'll see carefully preserved glimpses of the apartment’s heritage with ornate cornicing and beautifully restored ornamental fireplaces. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors flood the living room with light, leading out onto one of the most quintessential Parisian architectural motifs: the Juliet balcony. The dining area is included in the open-plan design, while the well-appointed kitchen is sleek and fitted with the latest appliances.
