On the peaceful western end of the world-famous Grace Bay Beach, Sea Edge Cottage is one of a trio of villas exquisitely designed to encapsulate beachfront living in its purest form. True to its name, the villa rests just steps away from the gentle surf of the sea, separated only by a strip of pristine white sand.

Elegant, minimalist interiors provide a backdrop for select unique furnishings – a plush aquamarine sofa here, a delicate sculpture there. As inviting as Sea Edge Cottage is indoors, the true appeal lies in what is available to you outside of the villa. The living room opens straight out onto the sun-kissed terrace and shimmering pool, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living, and several upstairs balconies provide excellent vantage points for taking in spectacular views over the Turtle Cove Marina. Take the short walk to nearby restaurants for delectable local seafood, or to Smith’s Reef for a spot of snorkelling. Come evening, the deck is the perfect place for tranquil al fresco dinners; lean back with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the horizon.

The simple design of the airy king-bedded suite draws attention to the breathtaking ocean vista that lies behind large sliding glass doors. Ideal for a couple seeking a romantic getaway or for individuals longing for seafront serenity, the ensuite bathroom also boasts a gorgeous circular granite bathtub, wide enough to share, also positioned to take full advantage of the splendid views.

    Home Truths

    • Please note this villa has a daily allowance/limit for Air-conditioning usage. The in-house team will gladly assist guests with meter readings throughout their stay.
    • With the coral reef so close to the shore, a strip of rock exists between the sandy beach and the water. We suggest wearing water shoes as the rock can sometimes be slippery.
    • Kindly note that at the villa, electricity is metered to discourage A/C use with open doors and windows. It is not expensive if used properly, and you will not be charged for the first $150.00 per week in usage, after which you will be charged at the current rate per kilowatt-hour.
    • This villa can potentially accommodate a further guest on a sleeper sofa bed, please enquire with a Travel Advisor for more information.
    • Bookings for this villa must be from a Saturday to a Saturday.
