Since the 1960s, Soho has been a magnet for creatives. It is the quintessential NYC neighbourhood, with airy loft apartments that make ideal studios. The bohemian lifestyle has shaped Soho's character; today, the area is still filled with galleries, art spaces, and restaurants.
Soho Penthouse is a bright and airy space where floor-to-ceiling windows flood the entire apartment with light. Filled with features such as custom Venetian plaster walls and multiple seating and social areas, it utilises an open-plan layout incorporating a sleek, practical kitchen.
