Take a few steps from the white sands of Lorient Beach and you will find Le Manoir de Lorient. A seven-bedroom haven nestled within a lush tropical garden, it is the perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable break with family and friends on the beautiful island of St Barts.

A breathtaking sight from the moment you arrive, your first impression will be of the lush grassy lawns and the glimmering waters of the swimming pool. You may see the flutter of turtle doves as they retreat to their nests above or a tortoise making his ponderous way towards the juicy mangoes strewn upon the ground.

The main villa was crafted from an 18th-century French manor, shipped piece by piece from Normany during the 1980s. Purchased in 2006 by esteemed designer, Cristina Rodriguez, she has since transformed it into an idyllic haven that incorporates old and new.

A feat of architecture, every material has been carefully selected to create a serene atmosphere to unwind in. From its high-timbered ceilings to the unique artworks that line the walls, there’s a visual delight around every corner. The villa is formed of several bungalows, spread around the pool, ensuring every member of the group has the space and privacy they desire.

Each of the seven bedrooms has been individually decorated, complemented by ensuite bathrooms with Boffi fixtures. Six of the bedrooms have king-sized beds, while a seventh offers four twin-sized beds, ideal for any children in the group. Five of the bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, while the children’s room shares a bathroom with the neighbouring bedroom.

Outside, an expansive deck enjoys all-day sunshine, with an array of comfy seating to bask in the glorious temperatures.
