Stretching across multi-levels, Villa La Favorita was built for guests to enjoy the outdoors, free-flowing balmy ocean breezes and stunning vistas on the horizon. A large open plan living space features an impressive wall on one side that completely opens ups to a spectacular veranda fit with magnificent arches and pillars. Here, guests will find multiple spaces to relax and unwind. At one end of the glistening pool is a pergola area divided into areas for lounging and elegant al fresco dining - a BBQ is also located here for guests to enjoy. At the opposite side of the terrace is a plunge pool which is perfect for younger children or for simply unwinding in the sun. Soothing colours feature throughout the villa’s decor, adding to the relaxed feel of the home.
The superb, modern kitchen includes a generous sit-up bar - perfect for guests to gather around whilst a culinary masterpiece is being created. If dining out is the order of the day, St Martin is a long-time favourite of discerning foodies, with eclectic French bistros, colourful seafood vendors and beachside bars. Although tucked away, Villa La Favorita is a short drive to the airport and breathtaking Baie Longue Beach and nearby to charming Marigot with its shops, historic buildings and vibrant markets.
Two superbly-appointed bedrooms are situated on the upper floor of the home with one on the lower - all rooms boast sweeping seascapes. Each has a relaxed contemporary feel with a palette of serene white and dark woods accented with smart flashes of colour. The upper floor bedrooms boast ample space and plush seating both on the inside and outside. The large lower floor bedroom includes a lovely covered terrace. Each bedroom has beautiful spa-style ensuite bathrooms with marble tiles and expansive walk-in showers - two have outdoor showers, with one opening directly to the garden.
