This exquisite home boasts a sheltered position with direct private access to the beach in Les Terres Basses, ten minutes from the French capital of Marigot. Villa La Vie en Bleu is a private oasis for guests looking to truly escape in peaceful St Martin. The tranquil location lends itself to a romantic getaway but the home is also suitable for two couples staying together or a small family.

Large glass sliding doors open up from the living space, masterfully connecting the inside with the breezy outside. Unwind in the spacious lounge, near to a large gourmet kitchen for creating delicious dishes to enjoy al fresco on the terrace. Stylishly adorned and with spectacular, unobstructed westerly ocean panoramas from every vantage point in the breezy living area, this sophisticated villa remains unrivalled.

Stunning views of the glistening pool, golden sands and turquoise ocean can be seen from the vast shaded veranda. There is the gorgeous hot tub adjacent to a pebble stream that cascades elegantly into the lazuline pool - a great place to sip on a cocktail as dusk falls. The king-sized bedroom on the pool floor boasts an exquisite ensuite bathroom fit with tumbled marble and mosaic tiles that opens to a huge outdoor shower terrace, adding to the tropical feel of the home. A stone path just off the terrace connects to the sea-facing home gym. The second bedroom suite is also located on a lower floor with exterior access only, for added privacy. This suite includes a king-sized bed, its very own spacious living area and an expansive ensuite bathroom fitted with travertine tiles and a kitchen.
