This home enjoys complimentary use of the Diamond View shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Please note that the shuttle is not able to go up the driveway and will safely pick up guests at the street level.

Located just minutes from Main Street Breckenridge, Diamond View offers both the location and space ideal for large groups.

Cooks will enjoy the gourmet kitchens with professional-grade appliances as well as ample dining and entertainment space.

The South side offers two king suites and one large bunk room, each with stunning ensuite bathrooms.

The North side offers two king suites and one full suite with gorgeous ensuite baths as well as a queen room and bunkroom the kids will enjoy. The north and south sides are joined on the middle level of the home with easy access to both.

This 5,170-square-foot exquisite home includes a two-bay heated garage, with parking for 4 cars total, an outdoor entertainment area, and easy access to the gondola and endless hiking trails.

Four-wheel drive is REQUIRED in the winter months.

Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Diamond View homes.

IN HOME AMENITIES

Diamond View has WIFI and comes fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
