This ultimate mountain home conveys a real sense of privacy and serenity, yet it sits just minutes from the town of Breckenridge. Expert skiers will appreciate a short 5-minute walk to the slopes with ski-out access to the expert terrain from Beaver Run 6-chair and the Quicksilver chair for experienced skiers on non-groomed trails. Ski-in access to Grand Vista Lodge is on expert trails only.
This spacious 5,000-square foot home is primed for entertaining with a gourmet chef’s kitchen featuring high-end amenities, modern sleek design, and bar seating. The great room offers spectacular views from floor to ceiling windows with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, large TV, and a game table.
Outside the great room is a large deck with seating, a grilling area, and a secluded hot tub for stargazing and relaxation at its finest. Enjoy views of the mountains and downtown from the private hot tub. An elegant dining area seats up to 10 guests.
The large primary king suite located on the main level is a private oasis, with a king bed, sitting area, rock fireplace, TV, views, and ensuite with soaking tub, walk-in shower, custom tile work, and double vanities.
The upper level hosts a second king suite with an exquisite ensuite bath. This level also has a second bedroom with a twin bed plus a trundle bed and hall bath.
The fun begins on the lower level with its large family room with TV, fireplace, shuffleboard, arcade table, and wet bar with seating, plus a queen sleeper sofa. Five more magnificent bedrooms await with three queen rooms, a bunk bedroom with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks, and a single twin bedroom.
Other amenities include two washers and dryers, a 1-bay garage, parking for 5 cars, electric vehicle charging station, Peloton exercise bicycle, mudroom, ski storage, high-speed wireless internet.
Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Grand Vista Lodge homes.
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Grand Vista Lodge shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Grand Vista Lodge has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
Grand Vista Lodge has WIFI and comes fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
