The second level of both homes is prime for entertaining with an open kitchen, living and dining room layout, a 6-person dining table, and a kitchen island with extra seating. Both homes have a modern and sleek high-end kitchen with all the amenities you need to serve up meals.
Guests will love relaxing in wither living room on ample plush seating while enjoying a large TV, a gas fireplace, and plenty of natural light, the perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing or exploring Steamboat.
An incredible feature of both homes is the rooftop decks, up one flight from the third level. Enjoy stunning views of the Steamboat Ski Area and the Flattops wilderness from this one-of-a-kind viewpoint. Both decks have private hot tubs, and relaxing chairs, or sit with a snack or meal at the table in warmer months. You’ll quickly find this to be your favorite spot in the home.
Both homes have similar guest room layouts with a queen suite on the walk-in lower level, just off the front entry and accessing the heated garage.
On the third level of Metropolitan House is the primary bedroom with a large picture window with views of the mountain, a four-poster bed, and a spacious ensuite with a walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms include a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed and a split King or 2 XL twin bedroom, with access to the full bathroom in the hallway.
On the third level of Capitol House, a primary suite has a king bed, a TV, and a gorgeous ensuite. Down the hall, two spacious queen bedrooms share a Jack and Jill full bath.
Other amenities for each home include air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a heated garage with space for 2 cars, plus off-street parking.
Whether you come in winter to access the slopes from our convenient skier shuttle or in summer to hike and bike miles of nearby trails, Regent Grande is a great option for larger groups wanting to stay close together in separate homes.
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Regent Grande shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Regent Grande has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
Regent Grande has WIFI and comes fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
