Enjoy an escape to nature in this 4-bedroom River Haus retreat. Tucked away in a private Breckenridge neighborhood with picturesque mountain and river views, all just one mile from Peak 9 chairlift and downtown.



Luxury meets mountain elegance throughout this 2,878 square foot, 3-story home. You will love to cook in this expansive kitchen with a gas range, high-end appliances, and large island with seating for three onlookers. An open concept floor plan flows easily to the great room, featuring an elongated gas fireplace, comfortable couches, large screen TV, and treelined views.



Head outside to the exquisite patio seating area on the main level deck complete with comfy chairs, circular gas fireplace, a BBQ grill, and views of the mountain peaks of Breckenridge. Ease your muscles with a relaxing soak in the hot tub while stargazing and relaxing on your Colorado vacation.



The primary king suite on the upper level features a king bed, gas fireplace, and ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, dual vanities, and walk-in shower. Get some remote work done at the private office space located just outside the suite.



Kids and movie watchers alike will love the downstairs family room with an L-shaped couch and huge flatscreen TV. Another king ensuite room is downstairs with more beautiful river views. The queen bedroom with its own full bath is another option and the bunk bedroom with a queen-over-queen bunk for a super fun sleepover kids party.



River Haus offers a 1-bay heated garage and ample parking for 3 cars in the winter, summer guests do not have parking access to the garage and must park in the driveway with a maximum of 4 vehicles.



4-wheel drive is recommended in the winter months.



Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in River Haus homes.



SHUTTLE

This home enjoys complimentary use of the River Haus shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.



GUEST SERVICES

River Haus has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.



IN HOME AMENITIES

River Haus has WIFI and comes fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.



This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
