A family estate, Grace Too has been carefully designed to bring family and friends together. Three homes make up the estate, which can be rented together or separately: The Beach House makes up one building, while the other two are split across a second building, with The Cottage on the ground floor, and The Quarterdeck on the two upper floors. The layout is perfect for multi-generational families and large groups, offering privacy for couples, families and friends.

Grace Too Estate has something to suit everyone, whether you’re a relaxation-seeker, action-packed adventurer or somewhere in between. At the Beach House, a large pool sits just aside the steps leading down to the beachfront, ensuring spectacular sea views with every stroke you take. After your swim, lie back on a sun lounger with a book or wander down the steps to sink your feet into soft sands. If it’s watersports you’re after, there are four kayaks, two paddleboards and an assortment of life-jackets to make use of. There’s also a secluded pool shared between The Quarterdeck and The Cottage, surrounded by loungers on which to while away your day in peace. These two apartments are just a two-minute stroll from Grace Bay Beach where you can enjoy an ice-cold beverage with your fellow guests.

As dinner time approaches, fire up one of the barbeques — there are several dotted around the estate — and gather for a delicious meal of fresh Caribbean produce on The Beach House veranda, set against an awe-inspiring sunset backdrop. For something more formal, head inside to the dining table and rustle something up in the modern kitchen. The Cottage and The Quarterdeck both feature their own kitchens and dining space, allowing for private meals with your loved ones.

There are six bedrooms spread across the estate, all of which have been beautifully decorated in the same style, with charming white-washed walls, vibrant splashes of colour and contemporary Caribbean furnishings. The Beach House stars three bedrooms and sleeps up to seven guests: the master room features a king-sized bed and sleek ensuite bathroom, the second features a king-sized bed and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the third, which has three twin beds. The Quarterdeck has two bedrooms with king-sized beds and lovely ensuites, in addition to a cosy loft room with two twin beds. As for The Cottage, it has a king-sized bedroom along with a pull-out sofa bed.

If you can tear yourself away from all the allures of the estate, there are plenty of restaurants and bars along Grace Bay Beach, and snorkelling opportunities at the national park-protected Bight Reef. Provo Golf and Country Club and Turtle Cove Marina are also just a short drive away.
