Villa Hawksbill is an exquisite, sprawling villa situated right on the shore of world-famous Grace Bay, boasting views of icing sugar sands and crystalline waters. With world-class amenities and spacious living areas, set within separate cottages that are connected by ample outside space, this villa has been designed for a multi-generational family retreat in Turks and Caicos.

The jewel in the crown is the grand open plan living space that is made for entertaining with a high dark wood peaked ceiling that is a classic style found on the island. This room includes a plush seating area and formal dining room that can seat up to 14 guests with wall to ceiling sliding doors to allow sunlight to bathe the villa with a golden glow.

A design lover’s dream - at every corner guests will be enchanted by the exquisite decor, whether that be the cantilever walnut staircase, ornate hanging lamps, opulent blue velvet chairs or rustic driftwood headboards in the bedrooms. The high-end kitchen is in a class all of its own; indulge in fresh Caribbean fare prepared here by a professional chef before nestling into the large outside seating surrounding the fire pit for a spot of stargazing.

The vast infinity pool is a masterpiece and connects the villa to a hot tub, floating daybed and the sand and sparkling sapphire sea beyond. Here, you can enjoy basking in the sun and listening to the sounds of the waves on the shore. For unwinding inside, guests can relax in the games and media room - ideal for keeping children entertained during the stay. A floodlit all-weather tennis court and basketball area can also be found in the villa.

Each of the 11 bedrooms has been beautifully designed with individual character and charm, and every one comes with a decadent ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are spread across the space, with six located in the main house, a further two in a separate guest house and the final three in the beach house. Seven rooms feature king-sized beds, the remaining four feature a king size bed with overhead bunk, a double and twin bed, two double beds, and a queen bed with twin bunks.
