Designed by local architect Ron Shaw, this Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired villa is powered entirely by solar panels. The home is ideally suited to a family or group of friends looking to enjoy a dazzling and modern beachside experience.

This villa includes a chic living room, a dining room and an exquisite open plan kitchen, which is perfect for entertaining and catering for larger groups. For a beach lover, the location of Sandy Bottom Villa is unrivalled. Take a few steps from the spacious outside area to white sand and translucent waters. The private shoreline is also graced with a beautiful shaded pergola and lounge with a built-in fire pit to relax in after a refreshing swim or a kayak.

Four bedrooms are dotted throughout the home, all boasting sensational ocean views and stunning ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom is situated on the second floor with breathtaking seascapes and panoramas of Flamingo Lake to the north. The top-level of the home is designed as a sleek lounge with large, comfortable seating to allow guests to take in the best views of Turtle Tail at sunset.
