Hidden by tall hedges, the backyard is a private haven that gives you all you need to enjoy the LA sunshine. A waterfall swimming pool flows gently, a steaming jacuzzi bubbles away - this is a little slice of paradise amid the bustle of the city. An outdoor fireplace lets you gather around and share quality time together, long after the sun has set.

Warm wood accents, an abundance of comfy furnishings, and subtle hints of colour throughout - the light-filled sitting room offers a peaceful ambience to settle down in. Head downstairs and you’ll discover the games room, a low-lit, cosy space complete with a lounge area, bar, and a shuffleboard table.

Ready to get a good night’s rest? The earthy-toned master bedroom has a super king-sized bed to sink into, as well as a dressing room and ensuite bathroom with a tub. There’s no such thing as second best at Venice Gardens. The bright and airy second bedroom also has a super king-sized bed, as well as a private bathroom. Both rooms lead out to their own outdoor decks. Meanwhile, bedrooms three and four both have double beds and are a lovely choice for younger visitors.

Less than a five-minute drive away is the palm-lined boulevard of Abbot Kinney - a mile-long stretch with an array of restaurants, boutiques, and galleries waiting to be explored. A little further northeast lies the coastal city of Santa Monica, home of the oceanfront Pacific Park and the iconic Muscle Beach.
