On an elevated position overlooking the Caribbean Sea and mountains of St. Martin, Villa Anani is a spacious West Indian style villa accommodating up to 10 guests. Located on the south coast of Anguilla in the popular cove of Little Harbour, you are just steps away from pristine sands and gentle rolling shores.

One of the most splendid features in Villa Anani is its private walkway down to the secluded cove below. Protected by an outer reef, the waters here are calm enough to bathe and splash around in. With beach beds and umbrellas already waiting on its sands, adults can enjoy some time in the sun while children splash around in the sea!

The spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces blend seamlessly together, creating a sun-kissed environment with so much space to unwind in. The two master bedrooms are set on opposite wings of the house, providing privacy with unparalleled coastal views. You will also find a ground-floor ocean view bedroom, which connects directly onto the garden bedroom; this set-up is excellent for those with small children.

The size of Villa Anani means that you’ll find lots of lovely spaces for a bit of ‘me time’, but also plenty of room for entertaining - whether you’re travelling with family or friends. During the day, enjoy a swim in your private infinity pool overlooking the coast. Or, nestle up on one of the sunbeds and quietly bask in the afternoon heat. Later, the outdoor living area becomes a gorgeous spot for lively al fresco dinners with everyone together.
