The iconic Sunset Boulevard is just a stone's throw away, delivering a wonderfully eclectic mix of evening entertainment from glittering cabarets to comedy nights. Tuck yourself away in a hidden speakeasy or enjoy the glitz and glamour of a trendy nightclub on the Sunset Strip; for a change of pace, there are magnificent hiking trails offering breathtaking views of the Hollywood Hills just a few minutes' drive from the villa – perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle.

There are several inviting living spaces with comfortable seating where guests can relax with a chilled Chardonnay from the local vineyards. Once the evening's chef has worked their culinary magic in the well-equipped wood and marble kitchen, host a lavish feast at the glistening glass table in the formal dining room.
Snuggle under soft cotton sheets and enjoy unparalleled comfort in the villa’s nine splendid ensuite bedrooms. The palatial primary suite, with a king-size bed, offers a delightful balcony and cocooning barrel chairs by the fireplace. Five further bedrooms house a king-size bed, one bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the final two bedrooms have twin beds. Each bathroom impresses with high-end fixtures and fittings, with opulent marble accents.
The exceptional grounds boast a sparkling pool, a covered al fresco kitchen and dining deck, shaded lounging terraces, and a delightful suntrap for basking in the warm sun. Please note that there is an exit cleaning fee of $1,250 and a mandatory daily housekeeping service from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm during stays at Villa Colette, which is an additional $375 per day.

- No parties, loud music or portable speakers are permitted at the villa.

Home Truths
- Please note there is an exit cleaning fee of $1,250 and a mandatory daily housekeeping service from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm, which is an additional $375/day charge.
- Mandatory mid-stay housekeeping is required for groups of 6+ guests. Please enquire with our Destination Specialists regarding the additional costs prior to booking.
- Minimum Length of Stay: one week during low season, four weeks during the summer.
- The villa is equipped with Creston smart-home technology.
- Security cameras monitor the villa. These visible cameras cover the front yard near the gate and garage, allowing guests full access to the monitoring system throughout their stay. However, the camera in the living room, facing towards the windows, and the backyard cameras will not be available to the host during the guest's stay.
- Private in-house chef and housekeeping services are available for an extra fee, therefore, no outside vendors or chefs are permitted at the villa. Please inquire with our Destination Specialist team prior to booking.
- Add-on services for an extra fee include airport transfers, car rental, private chef, in-home massage therapy, and in-home yoga practice. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist for additional details.
- The rates for private chefs vary based on several factors. Final pricing is provided after a consultation with the guest. 15 days advance notice is required for these services.
- Events, commercial filming & photo shoots are not allowed. Please inquire with the team before booking for rates & policies for such activities.
- Please note that there are additional fees for the pool and spa heating, and 48 hours’ notice prior to check-in is required. Please inquire with our team for further details.

We will secure a $10000 security deposit which will be returned once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
