Boasting an enviable location, the villa is within easy walking distance of Porto Rafael’s beaches, harbour and Piazzetta, and overlooks splendid views over the Maddalena Reserve islands and glistening sea.

The villa’s interiors are overflowing with seaside charm and laid-back ambience; filled with neutral tones and natural materials, the driftwood furniture and shell details within Villa Leoni emphasise the home’s proximity to the shore. The open-plan design allows for an easy flow between the rooms, while an entire wall of glass doors open out to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living.

The focal point of the villa is its abundant outdoor space – whether you prefer to bask in the sun or relax in the shade, the spacious outdoor living areas accommodate your desires. The gorgeous heated pool provides the perfect place for floating leisurely as you take in the spectacular sea vistas lying before you. Come evening, there are several options for al fresco dining; enjoy a casual meal sat at the bench on the wooden deck, or gather on the veranda for a more formal dinner as the sun sets.
