Six bedrooms welcome up to 14 guests in sumptuous style and elegance, split between the main villa and a boutique private guest house. It's an exquisitely renovated traditional farmhouse that oozes character and charm. The road up to the villa winds its way through golden hillsides lined with vineyards and centuries-old olive trees, where the scent of warm thyme perfumes the air and a soft breeze brushes the hilltops.

The Murio Estate provides discerning guests with outstanding facilities where mind, body and soul can be revived in the most spectacular surroundings. A backdrop of towering mountains gives way to a huge nature reserve. While hiking, cycling and enjoying the Great Outdoors are the top attractions, the estate also provides a gourmet restaurant offering the finest Italian and French food, colourful gardens to explore, and on-site wellness treatments, including massage therapy. You're within easy reach of the Tuscan and Umbrian hill towns and 20 minutes from Perugia for retail therapy and evening entertainment.

Villa Monti has been sympathetically restored to showcase the original features, such as the impressive oak ceiling beams and stonework. Balancing these are contemporary furnishings that elevate the interior to a new level of excellence. Indoor-outdoor living is blended to make the most of those incredible views. The living space is large and comfortable, merging seamlessly with the exterior decked area and covered terrace, where you'll find a splendid dining space for ten people. The bedrooms are sublime, decorated in honey colours that complement the soft hues of the stone walls and rich wood. The main villa has four bedrooms, two of which have king-size beds, one has a super-king bed and one twin bedroom with double bunks, making it the perfect family room. The guest house has two king-size bedrooms. The ensuites are elegantly finished with natural stone tile floors, deep soak tubs, and rainfall showers.

The secluded guest house has its own kitchen and living room and connects to the main villa via a garden pathway, affording up to four guests a little additional privacy. Centre-stage on the terrace is a large infinity pool and a pergola. Al fresco dining and an outdoor lounge area allow for evenings spent under the stars - the ideal way to end a glorious day in the Italian countryside.
