The minimalist design of Villa Nia creates even more living space indoors and across its five plush bedrooms. There are three king rooms and two twin bedrooms, each with beautiful ensuite bathrooms. Three of the rooms have immediate access to the patio or terrace, great for retreating to your comfy bed after an evening spent by the pool or enjoying your morning coffee with a view. Large windows and doors allow natural sunlight to pour in through every room,

Whether you are relaxing on the terrace or soaking up the sunshine by the swimming pool, there are so many wonderful outdoor spaces to be enjoyed. Stroll a little further from the patio and you’ll find a tennis court and daybed set on powdery white sands - ideal for a well-earned afternoon siesta under the Ibizan sun.
