Tucked away among the trees and offering breathtaking top-floor views of the iconic LA skyline, the gated Villa Pasha invites up to 14 guests to stay in one of the city's most coveted Beverly Hills neighbourhoods. This chic villa is within walking distance of the trendy Urth Caffe and popular restaurants like Catch and Nobu, while the buzz of Rodeo Drive is just five minutes by car.
The Beverly Center Mall is a stone's throw from Villa Pasha, offering a superb range of leading global fashion brands and laid-back dining options. West Hollywood, a few minutes drive away, offers further high-end designer shopping opportunities. It's also home to the legendary Sunset Strip, thrumming with comedy clubs, live music, and glamorous nightclubs. Universal Studios is only four miles away, and for those who'd rather hit the fairway than the theme park, the Wilshire Country Club golf course is less than a ten-minute drive.
The height of contemporary elegance, Villa Pasha boasts an open-concept living space, flowing seamlessly onto the immaculate grounds. The main villa has five beautifully presented ensuite bedrooms, elevated by tasteful artwork and leafy vistas. Three of these bedrooms offer a king-size bed, the fourth houses two queen-size beds, and the fifth bedroom has twin beds that can be arranged as a king-size. Each boutique ensuite offers a waterfall shower and the primary ensuite benefits from a deep tub. Ideal for those seeking more privacy, the guest house provides a king-size ensuite bedroom and a modern kitchen.
From the well-equipped gym to the sparkling pool flanked by inviting sun loungers, Villa Pasha has something for everyone. Fire up the BBQ, and as the sun sets, head to the rooftop deck with a cocktail to watch LA start to twinkle beneath you.
Please note that there is an exit cleaning fee of $600 and mandatory mid-stay housekeeping, which is $600. This is mandatory for stays of five or more days and is required every five days. There is also a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $119 that will be charged in addition to the booking total amount.

- Please note that all outdoor & indoor speakers have been disabled in compliance with the city’s Zero Tolerance Policy, and that the Los Angeles City ordinance's quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
- Please note that for safety purposes, the pool/spa is off-limits after 10 pm.

- Please note there is an exit cleaning fee and mandatory mid-stay housekeeping for stays 5+ nights which is $600/per cleaning. This is mandatory for stays 5+ days and required every 5 days. There is also a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $119 that will be charged in addition to the booking total amount.
- Please note that the sixth bedroom is located in a detached guest house. If you would like to gain access to the guest house, there is an additional fee of $500. Please let our Destination Specialist team know prior to booking.
- Please note that there are additional fees for the pool and spa heating, and 48 hours’ notice prior to check-in is required. Please inquire with our Destination Specialist team for further details.
- Please note that pool heating is available from 8 am to 9 pm, and spa heat is available from 5 pm – 7 pm (time frame may vary). The spa heating hours cannot be extended or adjusted due to its integration with the pool heating system.
- Please note that security cameras monitor the villa. These visible cameras cover the front yard near the gate and garage, allowing guests full access to the monitoring system throughout their stay. However, the camera in the living room, facing towards the windows, and the backyard cameras will not be available to the host during the guest's stay.
- As private, in-house chef and housekeeping services are available for an extra fee, no outside vendors or chefs are permitted. Please inquire with our Destination Specialist team prior to booking.
- If you are interested in adding extra services for a fee, options include airport transfer, car rental, private chef, in-home massage therapyand in-home yoga practice. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist before booking for additional details.
- A chef is available with rates varying based on several factors. Please provide 15 days advance notice to book.
- Please note that this villa does not allow events, commercial filming and photo shoots. Please inquire with our team before booking for rates and policies for such activities.
