Sitting so close to the sea that you can hardly tell where the waters of your pool become those of the dazzling ocean, Villa Zia is a magical villa indeed.

Perched on the beautiful rugged shoreline, Villa Zia is the only fully oceanfront villa in the exclusive Samujana estate, embuing the surrounds with a delicious sense of exclusivity and seclusion. However, everything you need remains close at hand. The airport is less than ten minutes away, as is the vibrant town of Chaweng. A superb staff of villa manager, gardener and chef will look after your every need and the estate has its own floodlit tennis court and round-the-clock security.

Elegantly composed to make the most of the spectacular scenery, Villa Zia is a chic edifice of cool white sandstone, soothing water features and graceful Cubist-style lines. The magnificent main living space is open to the elements so that your days are accompanied by gentle sea breezes as you relax in the fabulously capacious sunken seating or dine at the handsome dining table. The sleek, fully-equipped kitchen feels more like a work of art than a utility and yet is packed with everything you need including a charming breakfast bar. The activities room offers a cosier nook with soft grey walls hugging the deep sofas, large screen with surround sound and high-end gym equipment.

The five ensuite bedrooms are sumptuous havens complete with great walls of glass that slide back to welcome in the outdoors or simply frame the views to perfection. There are three king suites, a twin room and a triple room - both of which can convert to a king - as well as an extra bunk room which is perfect for kids or extra adults. Each room has its own private terrace as well as a lavishly appointed bathroom with either a rain shower or deep soaking tub.

Outside lies a wonderland of relaxation and celebration. Whether you're stoking up the poolside BBQ, having a game of table tennis or simply wandering through the exquisitely landscaped gardens and ponds. A series of delightful, greenery-encased nooks are waiting to be discovered with views into the adjoining coconut grove. Best of all is the immense infinity pool - one of the largest on the island.
