Albright Street is a five bedroom, five bathroom home in Pacific Palisades. This home’s expansive open-plan living area is sleekly furnished and full of sparkling accessories, and it also gives right onto the garden (where there’s a pool, a barbecue and a place to dine). The pale-painted bedrooms are sophisticated too – especially the master, with its button-back silk bed and state-of-the-art ensuite. Within walking distance you will find the downtown village of the Pacific Palisades, and it’s just a ten-minute drive from here to the beach. What’s more, the shops and restaurants of Santa Monica are only around a 15-minute drive away.

* There is space for two cars in the driveway of this home. There is also ample unrestricted street parking in front of the home.

* While there is no fence around the pool, there is a secure cover for both the pool and spa.

* The pool has a solar paneled heating system which means it is a lovely temperature during the summer months but may be a little chilly during the winter months! The spa however can be heated year round.

* As is true with all onefinestay listings, this home is not to be used for commercial purposes.

* This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.
