New York

Men’s Fashion Week

Men’s Fashion Week takes place in New York at the beginning of June – this year, most of the events will be held between the 3rd and the 5th. Expect high style and high drama (the shows are always a spectacle) as leading designers showcase their work.

World Pride 2019

It’s a great year to go to New York Pride – fifty years after the Stonewall Uprising, it’ll be the biggest celebration yet. As well as the famous Pride March, you’ll be able to attend parties, rallies and lectures throughout the entire month of June.

London

Royal Ascot

Glamorous, exciting and quintessentially British, this year’s Royal Ascot runs from June 18th to June 22nd. There’s something thrilling to see on every day of the meeting, and the food – from made-to-order picnics to elegant afternoon teas to fine dining – is wonderful too.

Taste of London

Foodie? You’ve probably already heard of Taste of London, a biannual food festival where you can dine at pop-up restaurants run by world-famous chefs and enjoy tastings and masterclasses too. The June festival takes place between June 19th and June 23rd in beautiful Regent’s Park.

Lucca Summer Festival

Lucca Summer Festival, one of the biggest in Italy, begins at the end of June with an opening performance from Take That. Big names – from rappers to rock bands – will be performing all through July, so you’re sure to find an event to tempt you.

Paris

Roland Garros

The Roland Garros Tennis Tournament always draws the biggest names in the game, and takes place this year between May 20th and June 9th. What’s more, since the tournament’s played in the heart of Paris, you can watch superb tennis without leaving the City of Light.

Open de France

If you love golf, you’ll know that the French Open isn’t to be missed. The oldest national open in continental Europe, this prestigious event is now part of the European Tour, and will take place this year between June 28th and July 1st.
