Here, our local team have put together a three-day itinerary that takes in all their favourite L.A. activities. Day 1 – Climb high in West Los Angeles
West Los Angeles' hottest exercise spot is the Santa Monica Stairs – climbing to the top of one of these twin staircases is an extreme workout that will test even the fittest. For those who prefer a gentler ascent, Mandeville Canyon is the place to know. This hiker’s paradise has breath-taking scenery, and it’s just a stone’s throw from our gorgeous onefinestay homes in Brentwood.
Day 2 – Jog for miles in East Los Angeles
Scenic East L.A. is all about jogging hotspots. At local favourite Silver Lake Reservoir, you can get a great workout while drinking in views of the leafy hillsides and the mountains beyond. Famous Griffith Park is also full of jogging trails, which range from gentler paths to more challenging off-road runs, so you can push yourself just as hard as you like.
Day 3 – And relax…
In Los Angeles, a rest day starts with a wholesome pick-me-up at Moon Juice, and moves on to yoga and meditation. Love Yoga is the yoga studio of the moment, and has plenty of classes to choose from (there really is something for everyone). Another prime relaxation spot is The DEN Meditation, where you can experience an ultra-soothing sound bath.
