Sample itinerary: Turks and Caicos

Day 1

3:30 pm - Meet your private driver who will assist with luggage and transfer your group in comfort and style to your onefinestay villa. Your car rental for the week will already be waiting at your new home-from-home.


4:00 pm - Arrive at the villa and enjoy a welcome tour and orientation with your villa greeter. Settle in and enjoy a snack and cold beverage. We’ve pre-stocked the kitchen with your favourite food and drinks.


6:00 pm - A private chef arrives to prepare your arrival dinner.

Day 2

9:00 am - Hit the snooze. Your private chef is already in the kitchen preparing your gluten free breakfast.


1:00 pm - Relax by your private pool before heading to Turtle Cove to meet the boat captain for an afternoon of fishing.

6:00 pm - Prepare and enjoy today’s catch with the family at your villa.

8:00 pm - In the evening, enjoy a private fireworks show from the comfort of your pool terrace.

Day 3

10:00 am - Your yoga instructor arrives for a private session.

12:30 pm - Enjoy your villa pool and games room in the morning then drive your car rental to the Grace Bay area for lunch and great shopping. We recommend Regent Village.

2:00 pm - Spend the afternoon visiting one the best beaches in the Caribbean – Grace Bay Beach with a rum punch in hand.

5:00 pm - We’ve booked you a table at Bay Bistro for a sunset dinner and bonfire on the beach.

Day 4

11:00 am - Embark on your kayak and stand up paddleboard tour of the nearby mangrove channels and snorkel along the coast of the Caicos Cays from Provo to Fort George.

6:00 pm - In the evening your chef arrives to prepare a Caribbean-themed supper, whilst your private butler serves your favourite tipples.

Day 5

9:00 am - Meet your catamaran captain at the dock to embark on a full day private charter, complete with snorkeling and a BBQ lunch on a private beach.

5:30 pm - Return to the villa to freshen up before making your way to Coco Bistro, one of our favourite restaurants on the island. A nanny arrives to look after the children.

Day 6

10:00 am - Meet on Long Bay for horse riding on the beach for the children and a kite-surfing lesson for the adults.

3:00 pm - Now that you are on the tail end of your trip, cool down with an in-villa massage to work out those kinks.

5:00 pm - Wind down with a one-hour sunset cruise and cocktails off the North Shore.

Day 7

10:00 am - Check out and leave your rental car in the driveway. A private driver will take you back to the airport. At the airport you will be greeted by a representative for your pre-arranged VIP departure service. They will guide you through security and to the VIP Club Room where you can relax with complimentary snacks and beverages until it is time to board your flight home.
