“ Exceptional service from start to finish. We were greeted at the flat, given a tour on how to use the various appliances, and settled in. The flat was exactly as described and of excellent quality, as were the additional amenities. When a few minor issues arose (a burnt light bulb over the stove that required tools to access; a reset of the satellite tv) the team quickly responded and made the repairs/adjustments. We would stay in this flat again!

“ Amazing service that's prompt and thoughtful. The propertys heating had issues and onefinestay agents quickly sent heaters in an hour. When WiFi had glitches they also sent technician quickly. Questions were always met quickly and with solutions. However I wish the property itself was more accurately described, as two of the rooms are underground but the booking agent did not know and the owner was not clear in his response.
