Each of our Destination Specialists is an avid globetrotter with endless countries under their belt and a rich and nuanced knowledge of their specialist region. Exploring is part of their DNA and they are passionate about sharing their discoveries with our guests.

 

Maybe you’re craving sun, snow or city, or maybe you have no idea… No problem: our Destination Specialist team is on hand to make the magic happen. They will take the time to understand your preferences and needs and match you up with the perfect home in the dream destination.

 

From a sleek penthouse close to the city’s hottest foodie spots to a relaxed family-friendly villa just a hop, skip, and jump away from the sand, they will use their intimate knowledge of the destination to offer you the dream home for your trip. Each year, the Destination Specialist team visits our homes, villas and chalets across the world. So there’s a good chance they will have visited or even stayed in the home they recommend for your trip. What’s more, with around-the-clock support and a dedicated concierge service, planning your trip is as effortless as can be.

I was born in Detroit, but my love for travel started early when my mom took my sister and me on various domestic trips. After nearly 9 years of working for onefinestay in Los Angeles, I now manage our Destination Specialist team, ensuring everything runs smoothly on both the guest-facing front and the operational side of things.

 

Top local tip: I love visiting Transmitter Park in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, for stunning views of the city. It’s beautiful year-round but especially magical on a winter night when the lights are glowing.

 

Which destination should be on everyone’s travel bucket list? 

Italy is wonderful all around, but Tuscany has a special kind of magic, even in the off-season.

 

Which three things do you always pack in your suitcase? You never find me without my laptop, sunscreen, and a great book.

I was born in St. Louis, Missouri, to a family with a passion for travel and exploring cultures. This passion led me to onefinestay, where I have the privilege of crafting unique local experiences for our guests daily.

Top local tip: No Name Saloon & Grill on Main Street in Park City. The historic saloon once served as a watering hole for miners and is a great spot for locals and visitors alike during all seasons.

Which destination should be on everyone’s travel bucket list? Breckenridge and Steamboat Springs. Famous for world-class skiing, these mountain towns have incredible events and happenings year round - I can't wait for the Steamboat Rodeo this summer.

Which three things do you always pack in your suitcase? My laptop, sleep mask and compression socks!

A few of my favourite homes

Originally a country bumpkin from Devon, I now live in the lively city of Bristol. Travelling has always been a passion so working in the industry was never in doubt! I'm always visiting new places and have been lucky enough to see most of Europe on my travels.

Top local tip: Not so secret, but the view from Piazzale Michelangelo in Florence is incredible. After a brief but very hot walk to the top, we found ourselves enjoying Aperol Spritzes until the sun had gone down. 

Which destination should be on everyone’s travel bucket list? My recent trip to Turks and Caicos took my breath away. As someone who generally prefers the mountains to the coast, I was in awe of the beaches, the people, the atmosphere and the incredible villas.

Which three things do you always pack in your suitcase? Electrolyte tablets, a microfibre towel and a packet of jelly snakes.

I'm originally from Santa Barbara, and my love for travel was sparked by my family's enthusiasm. I've always been fascinated by the beauty of new places and cultures - discovering them fills me with joy. 

Top local tip: The stylish La Fontelina beach club in Capri is my ultimate vibe. Here, you can tuck into fresh seafood pasta, sip crisp white wine, and soak up the sun, surrounded by breathtaking views and a vibrant atmosphere

Which destination should be on everyone’s travel bucket list? Italy, always. Having studied and even gotten married there, Italy will always hold a special place in my heart. 

Which three things do you always pack in your suitcase? Sunglasses, deck of cards/backgammon and electrolytes.

I was born and raised in the iconic city of Paris. Since the age of 17, I've worked in international tourism across South Africa and Asia. Now that I'm back in Paris, I love matching our guests with the city's best homes - it's such a joy to share the beauty of my home town with others.

Top local tip: The little village of Panzano in Tuscany is sublime and houses two of my favourite restaurants: Officina della Bistecca and Oltre Il Giardino.

Which destination should be on everyone’s travel bucket list? With its picturesque landscapes, incomparable cuisine and iconic historical monuments, such as the Colosseum in Rome and the Duomo in Florence, Italy is always a delight.

Which three things do you always pack in your suitcase? A shirt, a watch and swim shorts.

Travelling has always been a part of my life, and nothing makes me happier than sharing this passion with others and helping them experience the world like I have.

 

Top local tip: Ti Corali in St Barts. Head to this cool food truck for amazing views, fresh seafood, and a laid-back vibe!

Which destination should be on everyone’s travel bucket list? Hawaii, for sure. This is nature’s ultimate playground - you can snorkel with mantas (a must), hike to active volcanoes, stargaze from Mauna Kea, or just relax on black sand beaches.

 

Which three things do you always pack in your suitcase? Face mist, sunscreen and Stevia.
