“ onefinestay was so helpful in getting us booked with just 3 days' notice. Our greeter, Ed, met us a bit earlier than check-in and was so friendly and funny! And our flat... it was perfect. It was everything we'd wanted. Comfortable, homey and beautiful, with a lovely communal garden, in a fantastic location. My husband's a pilot and travels internationally every week, so it takes something special to really make a mark. Of course, London always does a good job of that on its own, but onefinestay really took it to the next level. Thank you for making our visit everything we'd been hoping for!

“ This is a fantastic house in a great location to explore London. The house is very well equipped and beautifully presented. The house is spread over 4 floors with no lift so if stairs are an issue you might want to think again, but we found it fine.

“ The flat in South Kensington was lovely and met all our needs. The process was easy upon arrival and the place had been stocked with a good selection of snacks and drinks. The flat is in a perfect location in relation to the underground station and is a great jumping off point for exploring London. The beds are particularly comfortable and the flat is on a quiet, picturesque street. We would definitely stay here again when in London.

“ From the moment we arrived at the airport we were well taken care of every step of the way. The flat in London was beautiful, just as was pictured in the photos on the website. If anything, the apartment was larger than the pictures. A onefinestay staff member met us at the flat, showed us around and reviewed the "rules". When we had any questions during our stay, it was easy to text the staff and get answers quickly. I will be recommending them to friends and family!
