“ We had a good experience from initial inquiry through to booking. Booking and payment process was made easy, the agents were responsive and knowledgable. Check-in process was excellent with an agent meeting us at the car rental and escorting us to villa. We had preordered groceries that were already in the villa when we arrived. Checkout was similarly painless. Villa was well maintained in excellent condition and all parameters had been well represented on website. Initially we were drawn to use the website as diamond Accor members, but we found the website friendly and easy to use and we would definitely use this service again.

“ Villa Adasa in Seminyak Bali was simply beautiful. An oasis in a busy bustling area. 300 meters from the beach and the wonderful restaurant La Luchiola. The Villa is wrapped around a fabulous pool where the lounge chairs are plentiful and generous! The comfortable sofas and ambiance makes for a very relaxed holiday! Our gorgeous butlers could not do enough for us and provided a beautiful breakfast every morning. The bedrooms were large and had lovely crisp sheets changed every day and great outdoor showers. If you want to stay in the busy hub of Seminyak this is the place to call home!
