“ Our flat on Maddox Street was delightful - great location just steps from Regent Street. The unit is spacious and well fitted out, the private lift to the suite is a real advantage for luggage. A onefinestay member met us at the appointed time and explained everything we needed to know. Our only suggestion is that the bedding could be improved with fitted sheets. Otherwise 5 stars!

“ Our trip to London was made all the more enjoyable by the service provided by onefinestay. They are efficient, professional and personable. The flat was exactly as advertised and our greeter Steve was knowledgable, friendly and helpful. When we had an issue with a tripped fuse the management got right back to us with a solution. The flat was located in a quiet leafy street. It had good security and amenities. This was our second trip using onefinestay and we will be using them again on future trips. Now that the world has opened up again there will be many more trips! Our thanks to the whole team from booking through services. We felt well looked after.
